As a HVAC Mechanical Design Engineering Specialist in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include: Follows all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to HVAC operations and work safety. Provide oversight and direction to the operation, maintainenance and repair of all equipment used for heating, ventilation and air conditioning of the Framatome Richland Facility. Inspects building HVAC and duct systems to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions. Reviews historical maintenance records to develop proactive inspection, testing and preventive maintenance schedule. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. Coordinates and assigns tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.
