Description

Our client a local mechanical construction company is looking to bring on a dispatcher on a contract basis.

This person will:

• Dispatch and create work orders

• Filling, answering phones, and making appointments

• Answer all incoming calls (approx 40-50 calls on a daily basis)

• Utilize Outlook and Excel to track appointments and service orders

  Requirements

• Strong phone skills

• Helping with scheduling 2-3 techs

• Prior construction or electric or HVAC experience is a big plus!
