Job Description

This Maintenance Specialist Technician is an entry point position into our maintenance team. This position works with a mix of technologies such as Pneumatics, PLC Control Systems and Electric motors. They also work with some robotic systems that require very exact adjustments.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Keep the LEGO equipment in appropriate conditions to ensure the production according companies trust and product quality.

  • Maintain high disposal equipment percentage with quality requirements.

  • Ensure daily equipment reparation regarding needs and maintenance priorities.

  • Perform preventive and corrective activities.

  • Data collect in MMS and complete ARIS requirements.

  • Following escalation process due problems/failures in lines.

  • Follow up 5´s security meeting and security maintenance activities.

  • Attend security meeting at shift beginning.

  • Follow up procedures an LOTO certifications.

  • Comply with the requirements of IMS.

  • Support in engineering and maintenance improvement projects and equipment.

  • Position hours of operations will be based on business needs and explained more during interview.

  • Starting salary $24.96.

The LEGO Group is actively seeking United States military veterans and service members.

  • Ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3, plus appropriate education.

Are you up for the challenge?

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical, electrical and pneumatic equipment.

  • During your training/ramp up (approximately June-Sept) period we require that you are able to work hours outside of your assigned shift.
