Key Responsibilities:

• Heavy Equipment Operation:Operate a variety of heavy machinery.
• Leadership skills:Leads skills to help the team of land clearing operators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure safe and effective operations. Coordinate work schedules, allocate resources, and enforce safety protocols.
• Machine Maintenance:Conduct routine maintenance on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Diagnose mechanical issues and coordinate repairs with maintenance personnel as needed.
• Safety Compliance:Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards (10/30). Conduct regular safety inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Dependability and Flexibility:Demonstrate reliability by consistently meeting project deadlines and adapting to changing work environments and schedules. Willingness to stay out of town for extended periods as required by project demands.
• People Person:Ability to work with different personalities and backgrounds. Must be able to communicate effectively and respectfully with others.
