Job Description
Providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all guests, in line with our vision and values on customer satisfaction;
Work on projects related to guest satisfaction and market research;
Ensure standard customer service;
Create a community experience in collaboration with the community team;
Promptly answer the telephone using positive and clear communication.
Work Experience
A student of 3rd or 4th year in Hospitality School or a recent graduate;
Strong administrative skills;
Must be excellent using computer and well versed in all computer applications;
Positive attitude and good communicator;
Ability to plan and organize workload;
Fluent in English;
A methodical and logical approach;
Accuracy and attention to detail;
Highly responsible & reliable.
