Job Description:

Responsible for developing, soliciting, and executing the vision for team. Actively manages and develops a team of direct reports. Responsible for the design, execution, effectiveness, and ongoing management of enterprise Business Risk governance and reporting processes. Work closely with a variety of business partners and leaders to ensure high-quality execution of Business Risk committee processes, materials, and overall operations. Work to ensure materials provided to committee are of high-quality, high value, provide appropriate levels of transparency to committee members, and accurately describes the state of the enterprise business risk environment. Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, controls, and training materials for process participants.

This role requires strong leadership, influencing, and strategic vision capabilities, as well as strong collaboration and organizational skills to coordinate the efforts of many partners and ensure timely delivery. Requires extensive forensic business analysis skills to derive key insights and excellent written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for executive communication.

Creates a culture of effective risk management, accountability, and demonstration of risk awareness across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop direct reports and support other team members as needed.

  • Develop, continuously enhance, and actively solicit the team vision and objectives with team members, business partners, and leadership.

  • Provide centralized support of committee processes and content production, including coordination with all stakeholders and key contacts, business analysis and quality assurance of all content.

  • Develop, execute, and continuously improve audit-ready processes with robust documentation and appropriate evidence retention.

  • Collaborate with key enterprise business partners to identify high-value reporting opportunities that meet or exceed regulatory expectations.

  • Develop and implement preventative controls over committee reporting processes, ensuring quality, accuracy, and transparency of data and processes.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, Social Sciences, Statistics, Communications, or related.

  • 8+ years of experience in Consumer Financial Services / Banking, Risk / Compliance Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Agile, Lean / Six Sigma, Quantitative, Computer Science, Management Science, or related.

  • In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in Consumer Financial Services / Banking, Risk / Compliance Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Agile, Lean / Six Sigma, Quantitative, Computer Science, Management Science, or related

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
