Responsibilities:
Build and implement a sales growth strategy across KSA to acquire new clients and build a high growth service business
Ensure sales practices comply with the local laws, and legislation
Strong focus on developing a recurring revenue sales model, utilizing connected services.
Create and lead a high performing sales function Saoudi (KSA) and build up the existing sales team capability.
Ownership of the KSA region sales budget, sales plans, and team performance to achieve rapid growth.
Implement Account plans for key strategic customers in target segments and key vertical markets as well as introducing territory plans for sales reps.
Develop, maintain, and manage a strong KSA service sales pipeline to ensure an accurate forecast of orders bookings, revenue, and growth opportunities.
Implement new selling practices to maximize sales efficiency and seller productivity.
Develop action plans to improve price performance and improving gross margins to contribute towards a sustained improvement in profit.
Assist in the preparation, allocation, and management of sales budgets for target achievement.
Build and maintain positive C-level relationships with key customers to maximize customer retention and build deep level customer trust.
Assist in the deployment, improvement, and implementation of new sales and CRM tools to enhance sales effectiveness
Implement robust management cadence and rigor on sales reporting, benchmarking, KPIs and metrics in full alignment with Global Service Sales metrics
Minimum Requirements:
A Master's degree/post graduate qualification would be advantageous
Experience working in a service based, technology/equipment industry
Knowledge of building services in a commercial environment is preferable
Extensive experience in leading large remote sales teams is essential
Successful track record in leading, coaching and managing sellers
Strong communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams, work across company departmental heads and field service operations to ensure smooth sales coordination and orders handover
Demonstrates strong analytical skills and diagnostic capability
Strong numerical competency and writing skills
Proven problem-solving skills
Demonstrates high levels of personal productivity
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed corporate environment
Excellent time management skills to achieve sales objectives within set deadlines.
