Job Description
The Youth Care Worker is responsible for all direct care to adolescents ages 5-17. They always provide continuous line-of-sight supervision to their assigned unaccompanied children (UCs). They will assist with the movement of children from one activity to the next. They ensure quality care of all unaccompanied children, follow all Office of Refugee Resettlement policies, and provide written reports on behavior.

Skills and Requirements
Bilingual in Spanish & English
Minimum age of 21 years or older
Minimum 1 year of direct childcare experience
Driver's License
High school diploma or it's equivalent -- must be able to provide copy of diploma or GED
Clean criminal background check
Clean Child Abuse and Neglect (CAN) or child protective services check Experience with children in child welfare or social service setting
Excellent presentation skills, as well as oral and written communication skills null
