West Virginia Employer Contract Order Administrator in Rocket Center, West Virginia

The Contract Order Administrator will: Enter data related to incoming customer contracts for commercial, government, domestic and international customers into applicable business systems using defined computer software. Compile data and prepare a variety of reports. Validate data with applicable customer purchase documents and internal policies, procedures and business system requirements for completeness and accuracy. Investigate questionable data and recommend actions to resolve discrepancies. Notify appropriate departments of any new or updated data. Maintain audit trails. Perform a variety of activities in support of the functional areas of Business Management in furtherance of their goals and initiatives. Basic Qualifications for Level 3: High School diploma with 4 years of relevant education or work experience Basic experience with government contracting Must have excel experience with ability to understand macros and use basic formulas Preferred Qualifications: Some experience working with SAP or other Enterprise Resource System Some experience or knowledge of government contracts Associates or Bachelor's degree with 2 additional years of work experience Salary Range: $42,000 - $70,000
