Overview:
As an LPN on our team, you'll play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and supporting our healthcare team. This position requires a blend of clinical skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to teamwork. You'll be an essential part of creating a warm, supportive environment for our patients, where your individual strengths and experiences are valued and utilized.
Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to individual needs
• Assist in developing and implementing unique patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and record patients' conditions and vital signs
• Collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Participate in team meetings and contribute your unique ideas to improve patient care processes
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Respond promptly and professionally to patient needs and concerns
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Current LPN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current healthcare practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate nature with a genuine interest in patient well-being
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including some weekends and holidays
• BLS certification required
