We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team and help maintain our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the upkeep of the building, including inspecting and repairing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting any mechanical issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, be comfortable working with a variety of tools and machines, and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems.

• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical systems.

• Perform inspections of mechanical systems and components.

• Install, adjust, and repair mechanical systems and components.

• Test mechanical systems and components for proper operation.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.

• Maintain records of maintenance activities.

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Skills and Qualifications:

Position Requirements:

• Ability to read and understand repair manuals, understanding and ability to use a maintenance CMMS.

• 3+ years' experience in maintenance operations

• Industrial Electrical Experience; with 3 phase motors and 480v

• Mechanic skills including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair.

• Requires basic knowledge of gear pump, gear reducer, AC motors and preventive maintenance.

Shift:

• Night shift (6p-6a) on a 2-2-3 schedule.
