AMEX is seeking an HR Intern in our Rome office. We are searching for a student interested in Colleagues Management , Learning, Talent Management and workforce metrics who would like to work alongside our HR Team. This is a paid internship opportunity that will provide the intern with an excellent, hands-on introduction to a thriving, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. Key Projects

An intern will be offered an opportunity to be involved in meaningful work and projects, be exposed to daily HR functions, professionals, and business leaders. The intern will be introduced to useful tools and resources that will help the intern grow both professionally and personally.

Projects would include:

Supporting the International Colleague Strategic Partner team in delivering a great end-to-end experience to our colleagues and supporting talent needs analysis and deployment of the career opportunities.

Supporting the deployment of Colleague Value Proposition agenda. This can include data analysis from a wide range of HR systems and the monitoring of the main indicators of performance, to develop key people-based analytics for use in market dashboards and local business decisions.

The intern will gain experience in the following areas:

  • Support the HR organization in daily administration tasks.

  • Support the implementation of the main learning and engagement activities.

  • Support the Talent Management and career development processes.

  • Analysis and reporting on the main HR metrics.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Graduate students and recent college graduates in Economics, Political Science and Humanities are encouraged to apply.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • You are fluent in Italian, English, both written and oral.

  • You have good knowledge of Office tools (particularly Excel and PPT).

  • You have excellent communication capabilities and language skills.

  • You are curious and thinking out of the box.
