Our mission is to create state-of-the-art laboratory environments by providing innovative products and solutions tailored to support emerging and changing scientific processes and technology.Minimum Background, Experience, and Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.2-5 years of experience in quality control or inspection roles within a metal fabrication or manufacturing environmentStrong desire to learn on the jobProficiency in using precision measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, or non-destructive testing equipmentAbility to read blueprints and understand assembly drawings and bill of materialsAble to read and write English well and use a computer.Deadline driven and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentReliable, good work ethic, and high integrity.Tasks / Responsibilities:Inspection of sheet metal laser cut and formed parts.Inspection of final assembled tables, fume hoods, and miscellaneous partsProcess DMR's (Discrepant Material Report) and ECN's (Engineering Control Notice)Support calibration programAssist in continuous improvement programsPrepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations and has good Microsoft, mainly Excel and additional computer skillsCollaborate with team to identify and implement process improvementsOrganizing meetings to resolve issues help make necessary improvements and process changesDocument and process customer returnsIdentify and implement continuous improvement programs throughout the organizationSkills in evaluating customer feedback responses and program improvementsOther responsibilities as communicated by your supervisorEEO STATEMENT:Lab Crafters, Inc. is an equal employment opportunity employer.
