Maintenance Manager

Job Description

The Maintenance Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for 12 employees (6 maintenance techs, 3 fabricators, and 3 janitors)

• Will manage work assignments for the team

• Will provide PM's that need to get completed that day to their team

• Will have a maintenance supervisor that handles all hands on electrical

• 70/30 mechanical vs electrical

• Will perform preventive maintenance on sprayers, rail system for production, racks used for productions, etc.

Job Overview

• First shift position from 6:00am-3:00pm Monday through Friday.

• Direct placement position

• Pay: $65 - 75k / year base

• Opportunities for OT

Qualifications:

• 1 year+ of maintenance management experience

• 3 years of industrial maintenance experience

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience with Microsoft office
