CAVU Aerospace, an FAA approved 145 Repair Station, are seeking motivated Aircraft Mechanics that would add value to our company.

CAVU Aerospace offers great work schedules, with normal work hours being Monday through Friday day shift. You may be asked to work some overtime to meet deadlines. RESPONSIBILITIES .

• Ensure compliance with FAA and company standards.
• Keeping up with daily assignments for which you are responsible
• Completing assignments in a timely manner
• Ensure all maintenance documentation is complete and correct
• Must display exceptional attention to detail as well as solid organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and ask questions when necessary
• Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Ability to read aircraft technical publications as well as regulations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to read, write and comprehend at a high school level
• Able to lift 50lbs unassisted
• Must complete a regulated pre-employment drug screen and compliant background check as well as random drug screens
• Valid FAA Mechanic Certificate preferred
• Prior experience in a Repair Station environment is a plus
• Experience with aircraft and component maintenance manuals as well as aircraft regulations is preferred.
• Must comply with company rules and regulations
• Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers
• Must be able to stand, sit, lift, bend, and reach for extended periods of time
