Job Summary: This position is responsible for supervising third shift team in the production of concrete products and manufacturing of molds. Lead the team to support safety, quality, performance and schedule execution initiatives in support of Company objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead, support and execute safety initiatives in pursuit of zero injuries. Sustain and enhance quality performance in compliance of prints and product standards. Create and monitor production goals to lead performance in achievement of objectives and schedule execution. Generate and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency. Effective and timely communication with the team and support areas to collaborate and achieve results. Understand and improve production processes and support process documentation. Effective understanding and knowledge of equipment capabilities, capacities, and process options. Daily job assignment deployment and resource planning to support schedule execution, performance and team development. Coordinate problem resolution with support areas across the business as needed to execute objectives. Provide performance reviews, feedback and documentation. Understand and proficiently utilize computer system applications to execute responsibilities. Timely daily management of labor reporting in computer systems. Actively participate in department and business meetings. Execute company policy with strong core values and alignment to objectives. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Required: Prior effective Supervisory experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. Three to five years of leadership experience. Ability to read 2D prints. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid core values. Able to multi-task in a quick paced environment. Preferred: Bachelor\'s or Associate\'s Degree in Industrial Technology or related field. Other related industry experience. Experience with concrete, epoxy, polishing, and CNC / Automation technology. Physical Requirements: Based on departmental needs includes but is not limited to, prolonged periods of standing, working on a computer, bending, reaching, stretching, lifting, walking, twisting, squatting and kneeling. Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers, knees, back shoulders and neck. Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and the like.
