Join Our Dynamic Team as a Quality Integration Program Manage r in Round Lake, IL.

Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for driving projects to success? We're seeking a talented individual to join our Project Management Office (PMO) as a Quality Management Systems integration PM . In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in providing analytical support and making valuable recommendations, all while taking ownership of essential project management tasks.

5+ month assignment

Pay rate : $65

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analytical Support: Provide vital analytical support to the PMO, contributing to the success of projects under minimal supervision.

  • Process Improvement: Proactively participate in process improvement initiatives, making recommendations for system refinements within the PMO.

  • Documentation Lead: Lead documentation efforts during planning sessions, ensuring clear direction and alignment with project requirements.

  • Performance Management: Evaluate and assess potential projects, providing clear direction to meet external customer and stakeholder expectations.

  • Risk Management: Lead risk management approaches and systems, making decisions to mitigate substantial project impacts.

  • Administration: Ensure smooth administration of project-related activities, maximizing business results through continuous improvement.

  • Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and justification for new projects or programs, ensuring financial viability and success.

  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve barriers to progress, anticipating and addressing potential conflicts.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of Project or Program Management within the manufacturing Industry. Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing and Quality Systems.

  • 7 years of project management experience and 10 years of success in leading global programs in the medical products industry.

  • MBA/MS or Bachelor's degree with equivalent, plus

  • Proficiency in high school-level mathematics.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Pay Details: $65.00 per hour
