Do you have experience working with machines, in a manufacturing setting? Are you looking for a position that will allow you to use your Maintenance skills and grow? Do you do your best work when you are hands on? Our client in City of Industry is currently seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic position to work permanetly for their company.

salary: $62,399 - $62,400 per year

shift: First

work hours: 6:30 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly tasks to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems

• Utilize pneumatics experience to diagnose and repair pneumatic systems

• Troubleshoot CNC machines and industrial automation equipment to ensure optimal performance

• Create and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime • Conduct machine safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations

• Make repairs to offices and property grounds as needed.

• Complete all other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Steel Industry

• mechanical assembly skills

• Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills

• Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics

• Ability to perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues

• Experience troubleshooting CNC machines and industrial automation equipment

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of creating preventive maintenance plans

• Familiarity with machine safety inspections and regulations

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• working up to 15 hrs of overtime per week
