PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Are you passionate to help the Public Sector industry better serve their citizens, patients and students with the use of SAPs technology? As Account Executive you take responsibility for the business within the Dutch Public Sector Industry customers we have as SAP. Together with our well experienced line of business sales teams and industry presales you are taking responsibility for further development of the SAP business within existing and new accounts. In this position, you are controlling the account planning process, the virtual account teams and all activities from SAP towards your customers.

You will open new doors to high ranking public servants, mainly outside of IT and will also drive the digitization of the Public Sector industry with the help of our Cloud Services and Consulting Services. Because of your experience in sales and your ability to motivate a high-performance account team you will be very successful within SAP and helping our Public Sector customers to become better!

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Building up a multiyear account strategy

  • Delivering permanent sales success along the plan

  • Orchestration of internal account teams

  • Build new high-level business contacts within the customer base

  • Focus on business scenarios for business contacts

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

We are looking for an experienced sales person, who has knowledge in selling to the Public Sector industry and is able to run virtual account teams. It is expected to build a network of trusted relationships within the assigned accounts.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Native Dutch and fluent English

  • Existing personal network in Dutch Public Sector industry

  • Teamplayer

  • Process knowledge in the Public Sector industry

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Min. 8 years Key Account Management

  • Experience in cloud business or software business

  • Preferably experience with Public Sector customers

LOCATION

This role is based in the Netherlands and we are not able to consider candidates who require a relocation budget.
