This Customer Service Representative opportunity is located in Sacramento, California, and is a short-term contract / temporary engagement.

Your responsibilities in this role

• Handle incoming telephone calls

• Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

• You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

• Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

• Solid understanding of customer service

• Proficient with computers and technology platforms

• Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

• Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

• 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

  • Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

• Experience with Microsoft Office required
