• Responsibility for the functioning of Parker Hannifin's HR area within the Sadská location

• Development of the HR management concept within the location in relation to Parker Hannifin Corporation's HR strategy, Regional/Country HR strategy and the needs of individual divisions

• Employment legal agenda related to the conclusion, continuation and termination of employment relationships; Legislation and contracts (time, salary, bonuses, agreements, etc); overseeing compliance with national legislation and company policy

• Professional support to management at all levels

• Expert leadership of the HR team to meet annual objectives

• Coordinating the appraisal process and annual salary increases;

• Benchmarking Sadská location wages against the market and proposing changes to the wage policy where appropriate

• Regular review of benefits

• Employee Satisfaction Surveys; also supports management in the implementation of projects resulting from individual surveys

• Support WIN-Strategy

• Talent Management and Career Development Planning

• Reporting

• Compliance administrator role, responsibility for GDPR implementation

• University degree (economics, andragogy or human resources as an advantage)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR position in a manufacturing company

• Organisational skills

• Communication and negotiation skills

• MS Office

• English min. B1, German as advantage

• Orientation in ISO 9000, IATF standards

• Knowledge of the CZE Labour Code and related laws

• Driving licence
