ABOUT THE ROLE

Location: Saginaw, Michigan (Hybrid)

As a Billing Administrator on Morley's accounting team, you'll collect and reconcile invoices, and facilitate the tracking and reporting of client billings.

Hybrid Schedule

This is a hybrid role, where you will work partly from home and partly on site at our Saginaw, Michigan, campus. While on site, you'll work in a friendly, casual environment at our corporate office in Saginaw Township, close to shopping and restaurants. You'll also have access to our free on-site workout facility and enjoy perks such as tickets to local events.

What You'll Do

  • Reconcile supplier invoices
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for client billings
  • Invoice clients for travel programs
  • Reconcile final invoices in Morley's systems
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties as needed to complete tasks
  • Help with other duties assigned

SKILLS FOR SUCCESS

  • Computer skills (especially MS Excel)
  • Industry expertise and knowledge of typical billing projects
  • A positive, self-starter attitude with a solid work ethic, strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Eligibility Requirements

  • Able to work on site in Saginaw, Michigan, as required
  • Associate's degree in accounting
  • Two or more years of experience in a relevant or related profession
  • Knowledge of the hospitality and travel industry
  • Extensive accounting/billing expertise and job-related experience will be considered in lieu of educational requirements

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting

  • High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
