**[STARTING SALARY: $66,386.88 - $82,468.18 per year

PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for providing technical product application and database support for various County departments as well as serving as the Subject Matter Expert for those departments and their applications. Accountable for troubleshooting complex software applications issues quickly and successfully and maintaining and upgrading assigned software applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participates in the planning, design, implementation, support, and maintenance of applications.
• Monitors performance of these applications.

``` - Interacts with Information Systems and 3rd party vendors to raise and resolve issues and deploy solutions

``` - Effectively communicates expectations and status to customers, vendors, and management in a clear and timely fashion
