Our client is a global provider of innovative supply chain solutions who prides themselves on reliable delivery of mission-critical solutions. Looking to grow their team to help serve a wide range of industrial manufacturing by bringing on an Onsite Representative to their team!

Located in Saint-Laurent, Quebec

Pay: $20-23/hour

Responsibilities:

• This person is accountable for representing our client at customer production sites, interacting and coordinating directly with customer representatives and on-site functional area managers to effectively maintain and replenish customer supply locations.

• They also act as a liaison to assist in monitoring stock levels, resolving inventory and product discrepancies, and expediting critical needs in support of customer requirements.

• Perform daily product to end user location maintenance (areas may include bins, cabinets, trays, etc. and/or a combination of these stocking locations)

• Perform required maintenance and processing for shelf-life materials, including proper removal and disposal processes in alignment with customer and product specifications

• Answer the customer on day to day feedback

• Relay information from the production floor to program management & purchasing team

• Do daily backorder calls with the customer

Qualifications:

• High school diploma

• Preferred experience in manufacturing

• Fantastic communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset and the willingness to learn and grow.
