Job Title: Fabrication Supervisor
Job Description
As a Fabrication Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations in the fabrication shop, managing a team of 7-8 employees, with expectations of team growth within the next year. Your team will consist of welders, polishers, and fabricator/fitters. Responsibilities include assigning daily tasks based on project priorities, inspecting the quality of work to meet drawing specifications and quality standards, and providing technical assistance and training. You will also facilitate training and certification processes for welding and forklift operation, enforce safety practices, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, assist in process improvement initiatives, and maintain accurate production and time reporting records.
Hard Skills
Extensive knowledge of stainless steel fabrication
Proficiency in welding techniques
Technical expertise with tools like bandsaws, copers, belt sanders, MIG & TIG welders
Understanding of regulatory standards such as OSHA, 3A, and ISO

This is a permanent, Direct Placement position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Fenton, Missouri.
Work Environment
Fabrication shop environment. Operating hours are 6 AM to 2:30 PM during summer and 7 AM to 3:30 PM during the other nine months of the year.
