We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as the Director of Managed Care Contracting and Quality. Minnesota Oncology is committed to delivering excellence in clinical care and ongoing improvement, and we are dedicated to transforming care through ongoing development of innovative payment models in partnership with payers. The ideal candidate will bring the highest levels of accountability and integrity to our team and will posses a strong work history working with health insurance companies dedicated to ensuring high-quality and patient-centered care. Must possess a desire to thrive in an environment committed to patient care excellence and bring excellent oral and written communication skills to our leadership team. This professional will play an instrumental role serving as the practice link to health insurance companies to develop and administer innovative managed care adn value-based care programs. The clinical quality performance of Minnesota Oncology is at the highest levels in the industry and this leader is responsible to help guide ongoing improvement. This role will serve as part of the practice leadership team and must have a desire to continually improve as a leader in support of our people and patients. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field (MHA, MBA, or MS in Health Administration preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare management and operations (Insurance/Payor contracting preferred). 5 years in a managerial capacity.
