TEKsystems is actively hiring for Escalations Specialists in Shoreview, MN! This will be a hybrid opportunity

Start Date: March 19th

 Pay and Contract Structure: 12 month contract, $25 an hour

Job Description

• Escalate 5 to 10 cases a day

• Thoroughly read a complaint that comes in an investigate the claim

• Research and resolve customer complaints that come in(Examples are Credit Card, Checking, Business or Consumer deposits, checking, etc. This could be an ATM, transaction in a branch, or at a retail store, etc. )

Schedule

• Onsite 3 days a week. 2 days fully remote

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills and Qualifications

• Customer Contract within a financial services environment
