Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Handle all inbound calls and answer questions about windshield warranty claims.

• Approach customer complaints with empathy and patience.

• Document each call and transaction in our customer database or CRM system.

• Keep customer satisfaction levels high

Skills and Experience Required:

• At least six months of call center experience

• A High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to thrive in collaborative environments.

• Written and verbal communication skills
