BBSI STAFFING Customer Support in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah

Position Summary: Customer support in a call center. Assisting customers through various channels including chat, email, phone calls, and walk-ins. Must possess computer literacy and type at a minimum of 40 words per minute.

Job Description:

The ideal customer support associate will play a crucial role in facilitating in assisting customers with the claims process. Some cases may require meticulous investigation akin to solving intricate puzzles to ascertain rightful ownership.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Customer service (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Preferred)
