During normal operations, the Facility Systems Technician is the first to respond to all building related trouble calls, assess all issues, identify appropriate resources needed for problem resolution, and oversee repairs. During abnormal operating conditions, the Facility Systems Technician will monitor and operate the building systems manually or via the Building Automation Systems (BAS) to ensure proper operation and best performance.As a member of the Facilities Management team, you will enjoy working in a stable Higher Education environment with plenty of opportunities to apply what you know while learning new skills.
