Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as a part-time Frontline Sales Associate. The Frontline Sales Associate will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by providing excellent customer service, assisting with product inquiries, maintaining Store cleanliness and organization, and contributing to overall Store operations.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and help them find products or navigate the Store.

Provide product recommendations and information based on customers’ needs.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.

Maintain an organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.

Assist with receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals.

Uphold Store policies and procedures regarding security, safety, and customer service.

Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be a current University of Utah student.

Preferences

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and all home football games.
