What does a Manufacturing Process Engineer Intern do at Swire Coca-Cola? Manufacturing Process Engineer Interns assist with identifying and driving out losses through the development of standards and systems. They support the daily activities of the production line(s) and/or processing areas. They build long-term capability into the manufacturing process, systems, and technicians. Job Details: This position is for a summer Internship from May 2025 - August 2025

Responsibilities: * Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies * Collaborate with the Line Structure Teams to carry forward and execute improvements * Assist in analyzing line performance including run rates, scrap rates, unplanned and planned down times, and any other operational losses * Identify 1-3 actions to reduce these losses and create a project charter and scope for each action Requirements: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Process, Chemical, or Industrial) or equivalent related program with a graduation date of Aug 2025 or later
