Job SummaryThe Medical Assistant provides assistive care to pediatric patients referred to the University Developmental Assessment Clinics (UDAC). The UDAC provide developmental assessments and diagnosis to children with or at risk for developmental concerns. We provide in-person clinic visits as well as telehealth visits for families. This position facilitates the efficient delivery of patient care, assists with care management, supports the professional role of the licensed staff, and provides support and assistance as directed by licensed staff in rendering basic healthcare to the patient. Assists with clerical functions as a multi-skilled auxiliary worker.
