Your Impact

• You strive to understand how our customers run their business, make buying decisions and perceive value. You identify pain points and customer value propositions and product positioning by segment

• You assist in Voice of Customer (VoC) to understand key customer pain points and potential for differentiated value propositions

• You assist in building the 3-5 year crop protection strategy / roadmap. You prioritize execution, including product rationalization, lifecycle management and support escalation management

• You translate VoC to customer needs and market requirements

• You work with technical leads to help plan development efforts for the hardware / software teams

• You represent the end user by testing new features and providing real-time feedback throughout the development process

• You direct Go-to-Market messaging by collaborating on targeted market segments and new feature value propositions

• You act as coordinator for resolution of any customer issues in collaboration with the global support team, resellers and end users

Your Experience and Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience

• Familiarity with Software and Hardware Development Lifecycles

• Domain Expertise in sprayers / application equipment

• Solid understanding of other in-field operations a plus and will be considered

• Experience executing go-to-market strategies

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead customers

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, agriculture or related discipline

• Knowledge of SaaS business model and metrics is a plus

• Fluent in German and English and the ability to use them in verbal and written formal communication
