• Rolle der/des lokalen Multiplikators/in für das Thema VBS (Vontier Business System) / Operational Excellence

• Aufzeigen von Möglichkeiten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung - Planung, Begleitung und Durchführung von Prozessoptimierungsprojekten unter Einsatz der einschlägigen Methoden sowie Dokumentation der Prozessänderungen im Sinne des Management Handbuchs

• Schulungen zu Lean Management Methoden und coachen von Mitarbeitern bei der praktischen Anwendung

• Planung, Durchführung und Nachhaltung von Kaizen Workshops im Rahmen des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess zur Optimierung von Unternehmenskennzahlen und Prozessen

• Begleitung von Aktivitäten mit geeigneten Change-Management Methoden

• Lean in allen Ebenen des Unternehmens vorantreiben und festigen

• Erstellen und analysieren von Kennzahlenberichten

• Durchführung von Leistungs- und Qualitätsbenchmarks, Bewertung von Prozessaudits hinsichtlich Optimierungspotentialen und Einleitung von Maßnahmen

• Vorbereitung und Unterstützung der internen und externen Berichterstattung im Bereich Operational Excellence inkl. regelmäßigen Bericht über neue Erkenntnisse/Potentiale, Fortschritte und Ergebnisse an die jeweiligen Leitungsebenen

• Abgeschlossene Fachausbildung zum Techniker mit einschlägiger Lean Erfahrung. Idealerweise haben Sie ein technisches Studium (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Maschinenbau) abgeschlossen, sowie eine Lean-Six-Sigma Green Belt Zertifizierung

• Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Rahmen der Operational Excellence bei der Optimierung sowohl auf dem Shop Floor, als auch in der Administration, idealerweise in der Serienproduktion

• Sehr gut Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit sowohl auf dem „Shopfloor“-, als auch Managementebene

• Fundierte Kenntnisse von Präsentations- und Moderationstechniken

• Sehr gute Deutsch-/und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
