We are in search of a diligent and skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This role primarily involves providing data mining, statistical analysis, and database management support to internal and external stakeholders. The individual will work closely with leadership to develop effective system-wide reporting solutions and custom business intelligence applications. Responsibilities:

• Provide data mining, statistical analysis, and database management services to support business decision making and performance monitoring

• Collaborate with leadership to develop effective clinical, financial, and operational reporting solutions and custom business intelligence applications

• Create presentation tools to extract, clean, and normalize data sets for business intelligence analysis of financial, operational, and patient care data

• Design and develop relational databases for collecting data, and build data input or data collection screens

• Maintain SQL Server Reporting Services reports, SQL queries for data analysis, and contribute to the creation and maintenance of database views

• Set-up, configure, and maintain a server with SQL Server engine and reporting services, and implement business intelligence tools and computing infrastructure plan

• Evaluate and improve deployed business intelligence systems

• Provide excellent internal and external customer service via telephone, fax or face-to-face contact

• Maintain updated knowledge of business intelligence systems and server databases

• Carry out other related duties as assigned.

Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in BusinessObjects Technologies

• Experience with Cognos Business Intelligence

• Proficient in Database management

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems

• Experience with MicroStrategy Development

• Strong understanding of AB Testing

• Proficiency in Analytics

• Prior experience in a Business Intelligence (BI) role

• Familiarity with Business Intelligence Technologies

• Ability to create and understand Business Requirement Documents

• Proficient in writing and understanding SQL Queries

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• Strong understanding of Data Modeling

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and team-working skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
