Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $25 - $29 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
What you'll be doing as a Safety And Training Coordinator :
Support, inspect, report and correct all factory functionality
Implement and enforce lawful programs for the safety of all employees
Write, implement lawful training programs for all employees
Write, implement and enforce the policies for the company
Promote a positive representation of the company to the public
Ability to serve as a resource to the executive management team
Ability to serve as a company's safety and first aid responder
Ability to practice and coach organization managers in the practice of high level of confidentiality
Ability to assist with HR Administrative related duties
Ability to perform duties as facilities specialist in building maintenance and hazmat issue
Ability to perform duties as company trainer in support of production function
Administration and experience in compensation, benefits, organizational planning
Administration and experience working with government entities such as Texas Department of Insurance (TDI), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
Administration, Department of Labor (DOL) and experience in various employment laws and practices and experience working with a corporate employment law attorney
Demonstrate computer skills in hardware and software
Demonstrate progressive leadership experience
Available shifts:
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent is required
Hours: Monday thru Friday 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM, weekends when needed
Work at 40-hour work week
Pass background and drug test
Physically fit to perform job description
Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function
Required excellent driving record and provide department of transportation transcript
Temporary to Permanent position
Perform other duties as assigned by managemen
Background Check and Drug Test required
