Description

As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and maintaining efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.

  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

Communication:

  • Provide accurate information to inquiries about the company, its products/services, and general information.

  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist clients and colleagues.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as sorting mail, coordinating deliveries, and managing office supplies.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments as needed.

Customer Service:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve or escalate issues to the appropriate department.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and assistance.

Multitasking:

  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Positive and proactive attitude with a strong sense of professionalism.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
