Robert Half is partnering with a local organizations, who are anticipating to Front Desk coverages in the next coming weeks.

Responsibilities include checking in patients, scheduling appointments, input patient demographics, helping with paperwork, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and will work well in a fast-paced environment. This is a full time, temporary opportunity located in Central San Diego!

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming calls.

• Direct calls to appropriate departments.

• Provide basic information to patients or people inquiring about their services.

• Deliver excellent customer service.

• Enter and update patients' demographics.

• Schedule appointments.

• Assist patients with filling out paperwork.

• Check in patients.

• Various administrative duties as assigned.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Bilingual Spanish

• Receptionist experience required.

• 2 years of medical receptionist experience.

• Strong Data entry skills.

• Customer Service experience.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Great phone etiquette.

• Experience with multi line phone systems.

• Previous experience scheduling appointments.

• Strong computer skills.
