About the Consumer Engineering Business Operations Team:

Business Operations plays a critical role in driving and transforming how the consumer engineering team connects across the Intuit Technology Ecosystem and supports the Consumer Group (CG), and other Intuit business units, to achieve Intuit’s vision of Taxes Done for Everyone through an AI-driven expert platform. The Business Operations team supports the senior leadership team of the consumer engineering team in driving operational excellence, velocity and efficiency by streamlining decision-making to ensure well-managed operations while driving strategic initiatives spanning people, process, technology and culture to enable the organization to meet current and future demands.

What you'll bring

We are looking for an individual who can establish rapport, credibility, trust and respect throughout Intuit and is viewed as a team player. Business Operations acts as a source of future leaders within the company and we expect exceptional leadership skills and potential. To be successful in this role, the candidate must have the following:

• 10+ years of work experience in roles that were delivering impact across an organization. Examples include experience in a top tier consulting firm focused on strategy and implementation, being part of a strategy or business operations team in a technology company, and/or helping improve efficiency or effectiveness in a business function of a technology company

• Demonstrated ability to understand end-to-end processes and come up to speed quickly on new business domains

• Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business

• Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on issues within teams and the company at large

• Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with senior executives

• Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving and a keen business sense

• Strong communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills

• Strong process and project management skills

• Strong academic record required. MBA, PMP or equivalent from a nationally recognized institution preferred

How you will lead

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Shape and manage the consumer engineering team operating rhythm and planning processes

• Partner with Consumer Engineering senior leaders, Directors, and engineering managers to influence operating and planning, both across the Consumer Group, and other business units, and the Intuit

• Technology Ecosystem led by Intuit’s CTO

• Provide focused analytical support to leaders responsible for operational improvements, ensuring execution is set up for success and managed rigorously

• Learn from internal and external best practices and work with business leaders to implement and scale them across Consumer Engineering, business units and Intuit, as member of the global, Intuit business operations community
