Description:

-Sr. Process Improvement type Analyst to help support a variety of projects.

-They must have small scale project management experience. Six Sigma would be preferred. They don't have to have the certificate or the certification but some type of experience with that type of process improvement.

Daily Responsibilities

Top 3-5 Daily Responsibilities:

Desk Level Procedures

• Intake, review, development and maintenance of operational desk level procedure documents, process flows & other business process documents.

• Meeting with subject matter experts from each Operational function to obtain information necessary for development of team documentation.

Process Improvement / Project Management

• Intake, review and maintenance of process improvement initiatives and projects.

• Small-scale project management (projects with 3-5 month lifespan)

Operational Support

• Operational reporting: Development and formatting of operational reports for processing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Healthcare

• Advanced skills in process improvement projects

• SharePoint/PowerApps (+)

-Small scale project management experience

-Six Sigma (preferred but not required)
