Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Global Supply Chain Project Management Level 2/3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located onsite or hybrid based out of Rancho Bernardo, California.

This position is seeking a highly motivated, intelligent and diligent high performer to join out organization. This position will be supporting the Global Supply Chain Program Management Team in support of the RQ-4 Program. The candidate is responsible to oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as the liaison between GSC program management and other GSC functional and program teams. This individual should possess leadership and team building capabilities, excellent communication, and have strong interpersonal skills. Must possess solid organization abilities and be a motivated, flexible team player. Some travel may be required.

This position can be a hybrid-work environment. Employee can work 50% in office every week with remote work permitted.

This position may be filled at a Level 2 OR Level 3.

Essential Functions:

• Directly Support GSC IPT

• Tracking and Reporting on Action Items

• Accurately builds/presents Executive level leadership briefings

• Support GSC Leadership in all activities pertaining to GSC Program Strategy & Supplier Engagement Plan

• Candidates must be able to make sound decisions, or ask for guidance in a timely manner, display strong interpersonal skills

Basic Qualifications: Level 2

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience Masters Degree with 1 years or High School Diploma with 7 years of experience in any/combination of the following: Supply Chain; Project Management, Program Management; Program Scheduling; Program Cost Analysis; Subcontracts Administration Supply Chain Management, Project management, Sustainment, Proposals, Procurement, Resource Planning or Accounting

Basic Qualifications: Level 3

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience Masters Degree with 4 years or High School Diploma with 10 years of experience in any/combination of the following: Supply Chain; Project Management, Program Management; Program Scheduling; Program Cost Analysis; Subcontracts Administration Supply Chain Management, Project management, Sustainment, Proposals, Procurement, Resource Planning or Accounting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in FAR/DFAR contracts

  • Experience with managing suppliers

  • Must have aerospace and defense industry experience

  • Must have experience using SAP or similar ERP system

  • Experience interfacing with all levels of leadership and employees

  • SAP Experience

  • Control Account Management (CAM) experience

  • Experience in program or Integration between GSC functions

Salary Range: $72,100 - $108,100

Salary Range 2: $88,700 - $133,100

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
