Overview

The DevX team is building a next generation platform using containers and Kubernetes. It also builds and supports Platforms, Tools and Services that move the needle on Developer productivity. In this role you will lead a development team that implements cutting edge Observability solutions, to enable operational excellence through the development lifecycle.

What you'll bring

• 4+ years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products.

• Strongly preferred - prior experience building Observability solutions at scale.

• Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams.

• Adept at articulating the product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen

• Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders

• Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 8-12 years of hands on software development experience.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies and SaaS and/or mobile technologies

• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in building, operating large scale distributed systems

• Practical experience in developing applications using microservices, container technologies

• Experience building and operating applications in cloud environments.

• Experience in Data Engineering and Streaming/Kafka

• Technically deep-dive to problem solve with the development team.

• Lead operational excellence to deliver highly available, scalable distributed systems in the Observability domain.
