About the Role

In this role, you will work in an energizing, fast paced environment focused on delivering exceptional customer service to all Headquarter employees and visitors in our communal kitchens, cafés and onsite events. Your goal is to provide customers with excellent, quality products and fast, friendly service.

What You'll Do

• Maintain the communal kitchens and cafes and continually seek opportunities to improve the customer experience

• Work with management team to order communal kitchen items and supplies, coordinate deliveries and manage inventory

• Manage and fill communal kitchen requests to meet customer expectations

• Receive, prepare, deliver and maintain food and beverage in communal kitchens

• Keep order and cleanliness in work areas

• Listen and ask questions to solicit feedback to understand customer needs and provide appropriate service

• Handle unique or complex customer interactions

Who You Are

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to develop and maintain good relationships

• Ability to problem solve and multitask

• Must be able to move throughout café and kitchen, move 50 lbs., use equipment specific to your role

• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems

• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on the job training

Hourly Range: $17.36 - $21.70 USD

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
