Robert Half Non-Profit Accounting Assistant - Great Benefits in San Francisco, California
Robert Half is partnering with a San Francisco non-profit to identify an Accounting Assistant to join their team on a 5 month contract-to-hire basis. Salary upon conversion will start at $60,000. Upon conversation, you'll have access to a great benefits package with includes 100% medical/dental coverage for you (the employee) and 50% medical/dental coverage for your spouse, monthly $150 stipend for your phone/internet bill, and 401k match (3% of your annual salary regardless of whether or not you contribute). You'll be responsible for various payment disbursements, bank deposits, processing accounts payable invoices, assisting with semi-monthly payroll, reconciliations, and assisting with annual audits and budget creations. This role is onsite 5 days a week.
2-3+ years of accounts payable experience, strong reconciliation experience, payroll experience (nice-to-have)
