Wells Fargo Small Business Digital Product Management, Senior Manager in SAN FRANCISCO, California

Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Manager, Senior Manager to join the Small Business Digital team within SDI. This individual will partner and strategize across lines of business to drive key digital capabilities that will transform the digital experience for our Small Business products. This individual will leverage collaboration, leadership, and strategy experience to deliver the best digital experience for our Small Business customers. Must be a strong team player with exceptional interpersonal & communications skills, who can build trust & credibility while managing matrixed resources in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop teams of digital professionals, supporting the development and execution of digital strategy within a business line or functional area

  • Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes

  • Identify and recommend opportunities for programs and initiatives with impact across the business line and may have impact beyond the business line

  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of the team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables

  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility

  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior managers

  • Interact directly with external customers

  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in aligned department or business group

  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 6+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 3+ years of management experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of financial services or banking & financial operations experience

  • 3+ years of credit card industry experience, lending & deposit products experience

  • 3+ years of merchant/payments processing experience

  • Management experience in a financial services environment

  • Knowledge and understanding of Small Business customers, products and services

  • Workforce management including directing activities of team members, performance management, career development, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication

  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to accomplish goals

  • Omnichannel strategy and design experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of mobile platforms

  • A BS/BA degree or higher in information technology/systems, communications, graphic design, or related field

Pay Range

$144,400.00 - $300,000.00 Annual
