KeyResponsibilities

• ManageActive Directory domainand group policies, ensuring seamless user access and security controls.
• Build, configure, and monitor Windows servers, workstations, and VMs, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide timely and effective helpdesk support to resolve technical issues and assist users with IT-related inquiries.
• Apply industry-leading security protocols, including access controls and patch management, to safeguard systems against potential threats.
• Monitor and maintain on-premises and cloud backup systems to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Assist with the support, configuration, maintenance, and upgrade of our networks to ensure smooth operations.
• Document configurations, processes, and procedures to maintain comprehensive records and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Key Qualifications

• 2+ years Systems Administration and VMWare/Hyper V experiencerequired
• Extensive experience with Windows XP administration.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance tasks, antivirus software, and system updates.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management and security best practices.
• Proficiency in hyper visor XP and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with backup solutions and storage arrays.
• MS Certifications, SAN experience, and/or Cisco CCNA a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
