Description

A premier San Jose law firm, seeks a family law associate attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience. Experience necessary in State and Federal Courts with significant complex legal research experience. Must have the ability to provide excellent work product that reflects strong research, writing and analytical skills as well as drafting pleadings, motions and briefs. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to work in a team setting. Member of the California Bar is required. Competitive salary and excellent benefits offered.

• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

• Be detailed, flexible, and organized

• Stellar academic credentials and references

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Licensed attorney with 3+ years of experience

• Adeptness in Discovery

• Experienced in Depositions

• Desire to go to trial

• Proficiency in legal research

• Solid understanding of family law

• Experience with Oral Arguments
