TEKsystems Technical Program Manager | ATS PMO - PMO Support in San Jose, California

Description:

Program management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment

• At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Project/Program Manager

• CSM Certified is nice to have

• Create project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management

• Facilitate, attend, scribe, and distribute meeting minutes

• Provide cutover weekend coordination and communication

• Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope and watching for potential roadblocks

• Reporting & communicate on day-to-day activities to required stakeholders

• Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure

• Excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely

• Relationship-driven with ability to interact with a wide range of individuals

• Creative and proactive problem solver

• Self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Organized with strong attention to detail and effective documentation skills

• Motivated to work both independently and in a team setting

• Strong with Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA and MS Office tools

Nice to Have

• Knowledge in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Metrics Insight etc.), streaming technologies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

As this position is focused on the Dynamics Transformation Program, experience with CRM migration/ Microsoft Dynamics is preferred but not required

Technical program - heavy in development & testing - we need someone who has worked heavily with engineering/dev (SDLC)

This is a highly visible program that involves engineering, product, and business teams - a successful candidates should have worked with these teams in the past.

Must align the individuals in the program on the program goal -- keep individuals accountable on deadlines/deliverables, communicate across xfn teams, etc.
