Insurance Broker seeks Sr Account Executive

• Identifies client needs and develops custom solutions.

• Consultative Mindset

• Demonstrates technical competency and creates innovative solutions.

• Account management including:

• Day to day client’s support on their benefit program

• Vendor management

• Analyze and present client’s reports. Coordinate with the appropriate Aon resources to support clients in unusual circumstances such as large claims, etc.

• Wellbeing coordination

• Identify issues and potential risks relating to possible client lost (jeopardy).

• Identify revenue increase or cross selling opportunities.

• Collaborate with other solutions lines within the firm

• Participate and collaborate on special consulting projects.

• Stay up to date on benefits market trends and legislative updates.

• Complete and collaborate with required Aon’s administrative processes.

• 3 – 5 years as an account executive preferable Senior

• Puerto Rico Comissioner Insurance Liscense

• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
